Most questions and concerns, especially anything pertaining to the classroom or curriculum should start with your child’s teacher(s). When possible, please email them through the MyMIS messaging feature.

  • Academic Action Plans and/or Social Emotional Concerns

    For K-8, please contact Talia Auslin.

    For 9-12, please contact Kierstin Streitel.

  • Admissions

    All admissions questions should be sent to admissions@misatl.org

  • Attendance

    If your child will be absent, please email your child’s teacher and also cc: absences@misatl.org.

  • Class Parent/Midtown International Parents (MIP)

    All issues involving class parents and/or MIP, included interest in volunteering, should be sent to Lynn Thatcher.

  • College Counseling and Standardized Testing

    Please contact Kierstin Streitel for all issues related to college counseling.

  • Health, Wellness, Medical

    All health and medical issues, including medications and Covid issues should be addressed to Maeretha Smith, the MIS Wellness Coordinator.

    Any questions or concerns related to MIS school policies should be addressed to Dr. Munib Rezaie.

  • Student Records and Transcripts

    Requests for K-8 student records should go to Karen Roth.

    High School student records and transcript requests should be addressed to Kierstin Streitel.

  • Third-Party Academic Support Coordination

    If you need to schedule a third-party educational support provider to see your child on campus during the school day, please contact Dr. Munib Rezaie.
